The hotel is stylish, with a beautiful design and a new building. We especially liked the pleasant scent of the Zelensky cosmetics provided in the room. Also staff on reception was polite enough and open to help.

The room was neat and designed for maximum convenience. There was a loofah and two types of hair conditioner in the bathroom, as well as hand cream next to the soap. The under-bed lighting with motion sensors ensured you wouldn’t bump into furniture. Having a coffee machine in the room with daily capsule refills was a blessing for a caffeine junkie like me. The restaurant was a little pricey but offered a wide variety of options on the menu, with beautiful botanical decor. Overall, the experience was superb, and I highly recommend it.

Nice suite, well appointed, with a spacious bathroom and good rooftop views over the city. The location is close enough (walking distance) to interesting parts of Tbilisi while not being in the centre of the most touristy parts (which is a good thing). The restaurant serves excellent food.

Excellent staff.. All of them... Special thanks to Lucas from the reception, extremely helpful hand and always smiling like the all others.. And also the security manager and the general manager of the hotel, they helped us immediately and properly when i needed their help... this was my second time at this hotel and it will remain my constant hotel for my stays in Sakartvelo... Excellent roof restaurant... super clean rooms, perfect airconditioning, very good location... thanks many times to everyone..hope to see you soon...

Very comfortable bed and pillows, just the best. All room amentities are top level. The hotel's location is next to the city center but in a more quite place. Breakfast is delicious, a la carte, and is in the one if the best in Tbilisi rooftop restaurants. Very welcoming and friendly reception. Underground parking for free which we used. We will be definitely coming back to you. Btw while waiting for our room to get ready my wife was petting a super nice cat that ran into the lobby, the cat was cute and humble, so it gave her such warm emotions that she wants to come back to you and pet the cat again. It's your unique advantage guys!

The property is attention to details . The gym room is like a club house . The room is incorporated with local elements such as cobble stone on the wall. Amenities is high quality and location is very near to old town . We don’t mind walking as it’s away from the busy old town area .

It was the best hotel experience in whole Georgia! In check in the staff kindly provided us perfect cappuccino and lemonade, the hotel have a good smell of Zelinski perfumes (as in the rooms). The room was perfectly organized - we have everything that we need! The bed was like a cloud!!! The restaurant was spectacular also. Everything was dreamy, thank you very much we will absolutely recommend to stay here! Staff 100/10 Cleanness 10/10 Style and vibes 10/10 Food 10/10 Service 100/10

The location was great, close to the center but not directly in the busy part of town. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The gym is a league of its own. Best gym I have seen in a hotel so far, hands down. The restaurant which also serves breakfast is really good. The food is really tasty. We had an issue with our room (it was a bit loud because of the restaurant on top) and the receptionist gave us a new room which was very nice and quiet.

Everything is above expectations, The ambience, the staff, decorations and food! I have never seen a hotel with so much attention to details! Amazing hospitality, everything was perfect. Cleanliness, cozyness of rooms is what I have never felt before. Very quiet despite being in the city center, staff is always friendly, breakfast was so delicious we even dined in in the evening. Every corner of this hotel is beautifully styled you want to take pictures everywhere. I will be recommending this hotel to everyone heading to Tbilisi

Super nice hotel with great service. Rooms are fresh and comfy, nice amenities in the bathroom and cosy bathrobes. Reception staff was very professional and accommodating. There is a big well equipped gym. Great location - close to the city center but a bit outside of touristy area. Amazing restaurant on the rooftop with great options for dinner and breakfast.
